We’re available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CST, but understand you may need help outside those hours. For after-hours support with batches, funding, or statements, the Merchant Support Center is available 24/7 at 877-828-0720. You can also check your iAccess or CardPointe portal, depending on your platform. For Clover device assistance, the Clover Call Center provides 24/7 support at 855-853-8340, free of charge.
